By accessing our website www.china-car-rentals.com or booking our car rental with driver services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

China Car Rentals provides premium car rental with professional driver services including:

• Full-day car rental with driver in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, and surrounding areas
• Airport transfers (CAN, SZX, PVG, SHA, PEK, PKX airports)
• Cross-border transfers between Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China
• Business travel and factory visit transportation
• VIP and executive transportation services
• English and Chinese-speaking drivers

3. Booking and Reservations

When making a booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information including pick-up location, destination, date, and time
• Confirm your booking details via WhatsApp or other agreed communication channels
• Notify us of any changes to your itinerary as soon as possible
• Ensure all passengers have valid travel documents for cross-border services

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to confirmation at the time of booking
• Prices may vary based on vehicle type, distance, duration, and special requirements
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, toll fees, parking fees, and cross-border permits
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation
• We accept various payment methods as discussed during the booking process

5. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
• Less than 12 hours notice: Full charge may apply
• No-show: Full charge applies

Cancellation policies for special events, holidays, or peak seasons may differ. Please confirm specific terms at the time of booking.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

• Be ready at the designated pick-up location at the agreed time
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
• Wear seatbelts at all times during the journey
• Not smoke inside the vehicle
• Not transport illegal substances or prohibited items
• Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers
• Ensure children are properly secured in appropriate child seats (available upon request)

7. Cross-Border Services

For Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China cross-border transfers:

• Passengers must have valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits as required)
• Vehicle changes may be required at border checkpoints due to licensing regulations
• Border crossing times may vary due to immigration procedures
• We are not responsible for delays caused by immigration or customs procedures
• Additional fees may apply for cross-border permits and documentation

8. Waiting Time

• Airport pickups: Complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes from flight landing
• Other pickups: Complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from scheduled time
• Additional waiting time will be charged at the agreed hourly rate
• Please notify us immediately of any flight delays or schedule changes

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and safe transportation services, China Car Rentals shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
• Missed flights or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Vehicle and Driver

• All vehicles are maintained to high safety standards
• Drivers are licensed, experienced, and professionally trained
• Vehicle type is subject to availability; equivalent or upgraded vehicles may be substituted
• We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or behave inappropriately

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
